1 Point Procurement Solutions, LLC started in 2012 when the owner had a desire to start his own company to service the Federal Government and Prime Contractors. The owner realized the market potential of the industry and started his own value added resale business for electric, electronic, IT, and industrial supplies.
The owner served in the Navy for four years in the supply department as records keeper, storeroom clerk, and ships store operator. When he was honorably discharged he began working for a electrical wholesale distributor in San Diego, California as a warehouse receiver and worked his way up to counter sales and inside sales. The owner went on to hold positions of outside sales and branch manager. He has held positions as purchasing manager for a electrical distributor in north San Diego County and purchasing agent for one of the nations largest electrical contractors.
The owner also has held positions as a manufacturers representative. He was also a Technical Support Representative for Square D Company. He spent 6 years working for Parker Hannifin Hydraulic Pump And Motor Division and understands fluid power products.
The owners dream is to offer products from the electrical, electronic, and hydraulic industries to his target market. As the company expands it will add more NAICS codes to their company profile.
